Honestly, the bigger concern with Carnell Tate isn’t his 40 time — it’s that he managed only 7 catches for 82 yards across the Big Ten Championship Game and the College Football Playoff. If he’s really a Top 10 guy, you’d expect him to show a bit more in those games.
